1. Who can be a part of Designers Harbour?

Any independent designer, boutique owner, or fashion label creating original, high-quality products can join Designers Harbour. We welcome both emerging and established creators who want to reach a wider audience.

2. Is registering and listing my products free?

Yes. Registering and listing your products is completely free. You also get a 1‑month free trial, after which you can choose a subscription plan from the available options.

3. Is there any commission on sales?

No. Try On Trends does not charge any commission on your sales. What you earn from your product pricing is entirely yours.

4. How do I manage my products and orders?

You can manage everything through your Designer Dashboard (web) or the Designers Harbour Designer App. Add/edit products, track orders, create coupons, and view analytics all from one place.

5. Who handles delivery and shipping?

You, the designer, handle the delivery. Designers Harbour is only an aggregator platform—we connect you with fashion enthusiasts but do not handle shipping or logistics.

6. When do I receive the payment from a fashion enthusiast’s order?

Your payout will be processed within 30 working days from the date of delivery, provided no return or refund has been initiated.

7. Can I offer coupons or discounts?

Yes, unlimited. You can apply discounts while adding a product and create additional coupons to offer further discounts during checkout—there’s no limit.

8. Can I offer customizations to fashion enthusiasts?

Yes. You can chat directly with fashion enthusiasts through the in‑app chat option to discuss customizations. However, these are considered leads—Designers Harbour does not handle payments or orders for customized requests..

1. How do I place an order on Designers Harbour?

Browse through products, add them to your cart, and checkout using secure payment options. Your order will be confirmed instantly, and you’ll receive updates within the app.

2. Who ships my order?

The designer you purchase from handles the delivery. Designers Harbour acts as an aggregator platform—we connect you with designers but don’t manage shipping ourselves.

3. What payment methods are available?

You can pay securely through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

4. Can I get discounts or use coupons?

Yes! Designers can set discounts on their products, and you can also apply coupons at checkout. Look out for exclusive offers or designer‑shared coupons for extra savings.

5. Can I request customizations from designers?

Yes. You can directly chat with designers through the in‑app chat option to discuss customizations. However, any customization agreement is handled privately between you and the designer—Designers Harbour does not process payment or fulfillment for custom orders.

6. How do I track my order?

You can view live updates anytime in the Orders section of your app—from dispatch to delivery.

7. What is the return or refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only with designers who accept returns.
👉 Look for designers who allow returns on their profile before placing an order.
👉 Returns are valid only under the conditions stated in their return policy.
👉 Custom orders may not be returnable.

8. How do I get help if there’s an issue with my order?
